This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and project returns are handled for all services provided by AdLine.

By using our services, you agree to the conditions outlined in this policy.


1. Digital Services & Refund Eligibility

Since AdLine provides digital, creative, and customized services, refunds are handled according to the stage of the project:

1.1 Refunds Before Work Begins

You may request a refund before we start working on your project.
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation fees.


1.2 Refunds After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available, because:

  • Time and resources have already been invested

  • Work is customized specifically for your business

  • Digital services cannot be “returned” like physical products

However, we may review special cases at our discretion.


1.3 Refunds After Delivery

Refunds cannot be provided after final delivery of the work unless:

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed project scope

  • There is a proven error from our side

If an issue is identified, AdLine will either:

  • Revise the work at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a partial refund if revisions cannot resolve the issue


2. Revision Policy

All projects come with a certain number of revisions based on your selected package.
Revisions beyond the included limit may require additional payment.

Refunds cannot be requested due to preference changes beyond the original project scope.


3. Cancellations

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the project:

  • Work already completed will be billed

  • Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable

  • Any remaining balance for completed phases must be settled

3.2 AdLine-Initiated Cancellation

AdLine may cancel a project if:

  • The client violates Terms of Use

  • There is abusive or unethical behavior

  • Project requirements significantly change without agreement

In such cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the project stage.


4. No Returns on Digital Products

Digital files, designs, and creative materials delivered by AdLine cannot be returned due to their intangible nature.
All sales for digital products are final.


5. Quality Guarantee

AdLine is committed to delivering high-quality work.
If you feel the outcome does not match the agreed scope:

  • We will review the project

  • Provide necessary corrections

  • Ensure it meets the approved brief


6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on the provider.
