Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between AdLine (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you,” “your”).
By purchasing or using any service from AdLine, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

AdLine provides creative and digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design

  • Video Editing

  • Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Website Development

  • Business Automation Solutions

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Photography & Videography

A detailed project scope will be provided before work begins. Any changes to the scope may require additional charges.

2. Project Requirements

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and instructions required to complete the project, including:

  • Brand assets (logo, images, fonts, etc.)

  • Text content or scripts

  • Access to platforms (if needed)

  • Clear communication and timely feedback

AdLine is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client inputs.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees & Pricing

Project pricing will be shared before work begins.
Full or partial upfront payment may be required.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Depending on the project, the client may be asked to pay:

  • A deposit (non-refundable)

  • Milestone-based payments

  • Final payment before delivery

3.3 Additional Costs

Any extra services, revisions, or changes outside the original scope will require additional payment.

4. Revisions & Approval

Each service package includes a limited number of revisions.
Requests outside the included revision limit will incur extra charges.

Final approval by the client marks the completion of the project.
Further revisions after approval are considered new work.

5. Delivery Timeline

AdLine will provide an estimated delivery timeline for the project.
Delivery may vary based on:

  • Client response speed

  • Project complexity

  • Revision requests

Delays caused by the client will naturally extend the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership After Payment

Once full payment is received:

  • The client owns the final deliverables

  • AdLine retains ownership of drafts, templates, and source files unless otherwise agreed

6.2 Portfolio Rights

AdLine may showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information, documents, and business details confidential.
AdLine will not share or resell client data to any third party.

8. Cancellation & Termination

8.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

If the client cancels the project:

  • Completed work must be paid for

  • Deposits or upfront fees may be non-refundable

8.2 AdLine-Initiated Cancellation

AdLine may terminate the project if:

  • The client violates terms

  • The project becomes unethical or abusive

  • Critical information is withheld

Refunds (if any) will depend on the stage of the project.

9. Warranty & Liability

AdLine provides services on an “as-is” basis.
We do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales results

  • Algorithm performance

  • Third-party system behavior (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms)

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Data loss

  • Technical issues caused by third-party providers

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide clear instructions

  • Respond on time

  • Make payments promptly

  • Use deliverables legally and ethically

AdLine is not responsible for misuse of delivered content.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be discussed in good faith.
If unresolved, matters will follow local laws and jurisdiction as applicable.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By using AdLine’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Service Agreement.
